BOSS IS BACK, LLC is advancing a portfolio of chemical and infrastructure technologies with potential applications for the United States Department of Defense, military aviation, and critical transportation facilities.

• Current areas of development and evaluation include long-term aviation-fuel storage and preservation, sustainable and synthetic neat jet-fuel technologies, fuel-quality management, aircraft deicing and anti-icing chemistry, and runway and airfield deicing systems.

• The program is focused on improving operational readiness, fuel resilience, cold-weather performance, environmental compliance, domestic manufacturing capability, and the reliability of mission-critical aviation infrastructure. BOSS is evaluating opportunities for laboratory validation, field demonstrations, strategic partnerships, commercialization, and deployment within defense and civilian aviation markets.

BOSS IS BACK, LLC is advancing next-generation technologies for the detection, treatment, destruction, and long-term management of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) for municipal, industrial, military, and environmental applications.

• Current initiatives include the evaluation and commercialization of advanced PFAS treatment technologies, development of integrated remediation strategies, treatment system design, pilot-scale validation, and support for regulatory compliance. BOSS IS BACK, LLC is developing next-generation chlorine stabilization technologies designed to significantly reduce ultraviolet (UV) degradation of chlorine-based disinfectants while improving product performance, storage stability, and application efficiency.

• Current development efforts focus on advanced inorganic UV-protection technologies utilizing engineered titanium dioxide (TiO₂) materials integrated into calcium hypochlorite tablets, granular disinfectants, and other solid chlorine delivery systems. The program includes formulation development, materials engineering, particle-size optimization, manufacturing process design, quality validation, and performance testing.
